About us

Started with paint. Now we build the whole house.

JPZ Construction is a general contractor specialising in building and renovating houses and commercial establishments, based in Bacolod City.

Our story

Ten years on the same island.

The company started in 2016 taking painting jobs. The jobs got bigger, and before long we were building houses.

We began with a few workers. Today we have our own groups of plumbers, electricians, painters and skilled workers, and on the technical side our architects, draftsman and engineers prepare the building plans.

That is the part clients notice most. You are not chasing four separate contractors and hoping the plans match the work on site. One team draws it, one team builds it, and the same people answer for it at turnover.

Our office and showroom is at the First Farmers Building on Lacson Street, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City, where you can see tile and finish samples in person before you decide.

Who does the work

Everything in house.

Five groups of people, all on our payroll, all answerable to the same engineers on site.

Architects & draftsman

Draw the building plans and the finishes you sign off on.

Engineers

Prepare the technical plans and supervise the work on site.

Masons & skilled workers

Structure, masonry, tiling and carpentry.

Plumbers & electricians

Water lines, drainage, filtration, wiring and solar.

Painters

The trade we started with, and still the last one to leave site.
